Regular maintenance of air conditioning systems is essential to avoid poor performance, unhygienic air and eventually total failure of the system.

After a free survey of your system, our skilled engineers can advise a suitable schedule of work to ensure a clean, safe and legally compliant ventilation system. All work is arranged at times to suit your business, and contracts can be arranged to make regular maintenance hassle-free.

Ventilation systems circulate large amounts of air. Dust, dirt and all other airborne particles pass through the ductwork. Even the best filtration systems don’t stop some of these unpleasant items from passing and depositing themselves on the walls of the ducts, forming a thick layer of grime. This reduces the quality and flow of air, causing Sick Building Syndrome and introducing an unnecessary fire risk into the building.

CVC’s trained technicians use state-of-the-art machinery, making it possible to clean the full length of your ventilation system, with service hatches being installed where necessary for access. Filters are also replaced or cleaned (depending on the type and condition).

Repairs and upgrades to your system will be suggested where necessary

Before and after work is completed, remotely controlled cameras are sent into the ducts to take pictures of their condition. Samples of the air are also collected. The pictures along with the air samples are sent to a laboratory for analysis. If the laboratory is satisfied that the air and ducts are clean and safe, they will issue the relevant certificates. These certificates show adherence to the recommendations in TR-19 and will be given to you for your records.
